  • The purpose of the discipline is to provide students with the theoretical foundations necessary to understand and analyze the laws of motion and equilibrium of material bodies. Theoretical mechanics serves as a basis for further study of applied technical disciplines and engineering calculations. The course covers the following key sections: statics - compilation and solution of equilibrium equations; kinematics – points and types of motion, fundamentals of the dynamics of a material point and a system of material points
