  • The course of this discipline is aimed at forming a system of knowledge and practical skills for students in marketing management, the use of corporate and product strategies, as well as marketing tools in the practice of business activities of entrepreneurial organizations. As a result of studying the discipline, the student will master the process of forming the concept of marketing management; the main theoretical and methodological provisions of marketing management; the structural construction of marketing departments taking into account diversification and restructuring; the process of making managerial decisions on planning, organization and customer service; the procedure for implementing marketing programs in the field of commodity, pricing and communication policy; the content of the control system and accounting for the marketing mix; to use forms and methods of marketing management for the successful implementation of marketing projects; to develop planning and management solutions in the field of marketing at the strategic, tactical and operational levels; to implement a system of basic principles of marketing management in business activities, taking into account the influence of internal and external factors of the market environment.
